Fallout: Brotherhood Of Steel, à ne pas confondre avec Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel, est sorti le 14 janvier 2004.

Ce jeu, développé et publié par la nouvelle direction d'Interplay, après le départ de Brian Fargo, diffère des précédents opus, dans la mesure où il s'agit d'un hack 'n slash jouable uniquement sur console, alors que les précédents opus étaient plutôt des jeux de rôles ou des jeux tactiques, jouable exclusivement sur ordinateurs.
