L'utilité des badges et des lettres

Voila. Ca fait juste quelques jours que je joue à TLA, j'ai lu le wiki, etc, etc... Ya pas très longtemps, j'ai trouvé un badge présidentiel avec plusieurs chiffres à la place du nom. Et j'ai aussi trouvé une lettre des hubologistes... A Den. Alors, je voulais savoir si ça sert a quelque chose, et si oui, à quoi?
